Access Statement

The Coach and Horses is a listed building with several changes in floor level, which may present challenges for those with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The main entrance is accessed via three steps. A ramp by the disabled parking bay leads to the rear patio and rear door, providing access to the bar, upper dining room, accessible toilet, and baby changing facilities. The main dining room is down a steep step that cannot be ramped for wheelchair access.

Staff are available to assist within their capability, though they are not specifically trained in mobility support. We will try and accommodate people with mobility issues in the bar or upper dining room whenever possible but we are unable to guarantee this unless we are specifically told when booking. Some rooms feature traditional roll-top baths that are high-sided; other rooms offer walk-in showers, but the premises are not classified as fully accessible. Please call us for queries or guidance regarding accessibility.
