Lovingly restored to its former glory in a style befitting a traditional coaching inn, the Coach and Horses boasts seven, individually stylish bedrooms, a two AA rosette dining experience and a cosy bar where dogs, walkers and cyclists are always welcome.
Located in the heart of the Ribble Valley and on the edge of the Forest of Bowland, just a fifteen-minute drive from Clitheroe and less than half an hour from Skipton, there is no shortage of places to visit whether you’re staying with us for the weekend or just passing through.

Lazy Sunday at the Coach and Horses
Escape the Monday blues and join us for the afternoon, enjoy a walk around our picturesque surroundings and a relaxing, two course Sunday Lunch before retiring for the evening in one of our luxurious bedrooms, where you will wake, feeling refreshed and ready for breakfast and most importantly, without the need to check out until 12.00pm.

Our overnight stay at The Coach House was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with lovely walks starting right outside the door. The house itself has been renovated to a very high standard and includes everything you could possibly need, whether you’re staying for a weekend or longer. Every detail has been carefully considered. We also had a fantastic meal and breakfast at the friendly pub opposite, The Coach and Horses. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definitely recommend it.
